In the paper-making industry, it can improve paper quality and pulp dewatering performance, reduce raw material consumption and environmental pollution. Anionic polyacrylamide with a molecular weight between 18 million and 25 million is a high - molecular - weight product and is mainly used as a thickener. Its products are also mainly used in oilfield oil extraction, sewage sedimentation, and the adhesive industry. Generally speaking, the higher the molecular weight of polyacrylamide, the more difficult it is to dissolve, and the higher the viscosity. We can also summarize some experiences from this: the higher the molecular weight, the longer the dissolution time; the larger the molecular weight, the greater the solution viscosity. Usually, the larger the molecular weight, the more obvious the effect. However, when the molecular weight of the washing wastewater reaches a certain level, its effect will not increase linearly. In this case, it mainly depends on the number of molecules. It's not just about looking at the molecular weight during use, but also depending on the requirements of water quality treatment. 

Otherwise, even a high - molecular - weight product cannot meet the requirement of low viscosity in the solution.
