sewage treatment in STP. 

CPAM for sewage is meant for the dewatering process that reduces treatment for excess sludge.


The sewage CPAM copolymer products are chemicals which are made by acrylamide 

copolymerized with DAC or DMC. 

Usually, the powder CPAM sewage polymer is used in the dewatering process and powder CPAM 

sewage is more economical than the emulsion polymer.


CPAM for sewage is a polymer that contains a full range of cationic degrees. CPAM powder for sewage uses can meet various dewatering machines, for example: centrifuge, belt press filter 

machine, frame press filter and DAF.


The flocculation effect of CPAM for sewage agent is directly related to the charge-neutralizing ability of colloidal particles in the sewage. The suitability of the charge density of the sewage CPAM copolymer model can be judged by measuring the zeta potential. Add different models of CPAM powder for sewage uses(in accordance with the optimal dosage) to the water sample. This method has high accuracy and good repeatability and is a commonly used method in the industry. The colloidal titrator is used for the determination of the charge density of polymer electrolytes. It titrates with a polyelectrolyte carrying the opposite charge (such as PVSK), and the end - point is judged by the color change of the indicator or the potential change. It is suitable for the detection of CPAM with a low cationic degree.
