Shenyang Jiufang Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and has a history of 20 years so far. Since its establishment, Jiufang Tech has focused on the customized production of water treatment chemicals and oilfield chemicals. During the production process of customized anionic polyacrylamide polymer, in addition to strictly implementing international, national, and industry standards of the polymers, our company also optimizes the long - term accumulated on - site experience, related working conditions, and the produced polymers reasonably, and determines an effective production plan. Jiufang Technology has a synthesis workshop with a production area of nearly 5,000m². Two production lines are built. Six reactors operate intermittently in parallel and are supplemented by the continuous operations of a hydrolyzer and a fluidized-bed dryer.
The annual production capacity can reach 50,000 tons. Our company has a laboratory of over 100 m², equipped with an automatic viscometer, liquid chromatograph, drying equipment, and Karl Fischer moisture titrator, achieving comprehensive management of pre-production preparations, process management, and product traceability.
